Experiences and Backgrounds We Look For

What You'll Do:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse i will facilitate and implement collaborative treatment planning, including but not limited to monitoring vital signs, medication and treatment administration, laboratory testing, on-going physical and behavioral health assessments, engagement with clients and families alike, coordinating transitions of care, and ensuring compliance with all rules, guidelines, and directives.

• Location: Longview Campus, Fort Collins, Colorado
• Status: Full-time positions available which all include eligibility for program/shift differentials

Required:

• Valid Colorado driver's license; Unencumbered Colorado license as a registered nurse; Will train a new grad with strong interest in Behavioral Health issues.
• Knowledge of diversity and inclusion with the relevant ability to engage, communicate, interact, and work effectively and cooperatively with people of different backgrounds, identities, and culturally diverse communities.

Preferred: Bilingual and Bi-cultural. 1-year experience in a behavioral health setting.

Some positions include driving a company vehicle and require a valid Colorado driver's license.

Total Rewards

The typical hiring range for this position is $25.97 to $31.17 per hour, based on relevant years of experience.

Employees working at locations operating 24/7 earn a differential. Shift differentials are also available for evenings, nights, weekend and holidays.
